Great System
I love it and support it. But on my Mac it is very slow and unusable. On my iPhone, Chromebook and Browser as well it works very well. Pls fix the MacOS-Version.

The app is free to browse your media collection, and free to cast media to other devices. Playback requires a small one-time in-app purchase, or an active Emby Premiere subscription, also available in-app.
Emby Premiere is available in-app as a monthly subscription for $6.99 USD per month. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal cost is $6.99 USD. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

It works, but that's all
On my MacBook Pro M2, the scale seems very off so everything is very small. Scrolling is often very laggy, scrolls only horizontal and / or doesn't work at all. At this point it's sadly more fun to use the web version than the app. I really hope this gets better..

It is not working free. It requires the payment of 7 chf per month! Incredibly expensive.
Foto Sortieren
Die Foto Funktionen sind etwas vernachlässigt worden. Es ist keine vernünftige Sortierung nach z.B. EXIF Daten möglich. Es wäre schön, wenn man hier mal Verbesserungen implementieren könnte.
Unseriös
Ich habe nichts dagegen, wenn ein Hersteller Geld verdienen will. Ich mag es aber nicht, verschaukelt zu werden. Erst ist diese App gratis, dann muss man zahlen, um Medien auch anhören und sehen zu können. Dann will ein anderes Familienmitglied zugreifen, und man erfährt, dass Familienfreigabe hin oder her, jeder zahlen muss. Und etwas später erfährt man dann noch, dass man ein Abonnement abschliessen muss, um seine eigenen Medien herunterzuladen. Das Programm selber ist durchschnittlich. Nichts Herausragendes, aber es tut was es soll. Wenn es aber manchmal Medien nicht verarbeiten kann, dann gibt es keine aussagekräftige Fehlermeldung, sondern man muss mühsam in Foren und Logdateien suchen. Wäre die unseriöse Preispolitik nicht, wären es vielleicht 4 Sterne geworden. Wieso kann man nicht den Endpreis klar kommunizieren.
