This smart function doesn’t work

After the current update to the app, the smart actions don’t seem to be working.

Very annoying the App stopped fetching data.

App is unusable, if you get shopped this as a free install say no and insist on PowerPal.

The app keeps crashing. I’ve reinstalled it restarted my phone. Update my phone and app. Same issue. The app is not a must have and doesn’t really give me any great value add to be honest.

This app used to work at the start but hasn’t been working for the last eight months. The app just crashes/ vanishes off the screen. I’ve done all my iPhone OS updates plus the updates on this app. Still, nothing works! I’ve contacted the support team and all they can tell me is to uninstall reinstall but nothing ever fixes the problem. I’m left with a device that I can’t use! what a waste of government grants!!

My app is not working it is not connecting how can I fix this?

Used to work at the start. Now not working. Bad connection too.

The device is absolutely pointless as it keeps on crashing. The VIC government is subsidising a company that supplies a device that is totally useless since the app doesn’t work. The electricity monitoring device with an app that crashes and doesn’t show any monitoring. The person at Carbon Savers who spruiked the device said it was just a ‘quick fix required on the backend on the software’ but it looks like this problem has been around for months. I would rate it no stars if that was an option.

The email help is not good. I am keyboard handicapped and trying to fix a problem is not easy and very time consuming. A request to contact by phone, is ignored. Reply emails are mostly ready composed type and DO NOT, address your problem. Some replies do give instructions, but that does not help, when you can’t find the ‘App’, or the icon does not appear on page suggested! Why can’t people understand, that for handicapped people, phone talk can usually solve problems in seconds, instead of the days involved with communicating by email. If you ask for the name of an ‘app’, a reply of what it does and how, does not answer the simple, ‘ one ‘ or more word answer. Frustrated Customer.
