The UX is not user friendly at all, and everytime I swipe right it does not go back, i have to click the arrow on top. The application is just not it.

Appart from the crashing issues, it is highly recommended to have an option to sign in with face ID rather than inserting the username and password everysingle time to log in

The app is so stupid, who TF tested this?! It asks for a 4-digit authentication code while you are sending a 6-digit code!

I see that’s very stupid that you are disabling the paste feature! Should I write the iban number when transfer number by number? Also when getting out from the app to take a look at the very long number and getting back again to write it the session is expiring!!! That’s so so so stupid!! Or should I memorize the iban numbers for people???? I see there is no vision here. Disabling also the screenshot! You think you are smart and having more security??? So how do I share to people that I transferred the money. And for my reference I like to take screenshots of my transfers as when transferring from dollar to pound sometimes it says yes and at the end of the day it turns out to be no so I need to take references! Very smart bank and developers 🤦🏻‍♂️

Very very bad experience.

The app doesn't work well on IPhone 15 pro max. Every time i log i need to enter the user name and password and the finger print or Facial ID cant be used. The app was working fine on a previous Iphone which had a physical finger print button

Can you please enable login with biometrics( face id) We are in 2024 and still typing passwords Also the dispaly compatability with iphone pro max is very bad
