Worst experience with the worst customer service that never answers your call and their buggy app! Disappointed from this bad service

This app doesn’t allow to create new user it ask only for the login credentials I tried all the ways unable to create the enbd online trading account even tried calling customer care it’s of no use they never answer the calls

Calling them for 1 hour just to get a robot to tell me your call will be answered within 2-3 minutes and when someone picks up he disregards the whole conversation and says please hold ok transfer you to someone else where I wait for another 20 minutes claiming to be 2 to 3 minutes and just to hear the phone ringing on their end

اسوأ ما في التطبيق هو انه يقرب الارقام لاقرب عدد صحيح وهالامر اذا ارتبط بالاسهم يصبح و كأنه نكته لانك في عالم الاسهم الهامش مهم جدا…واضح ان من برمجوا التطبيق ليس له علاقه بالاسهم والا ما ارتكب هذا الخطأ الساذج. لكن العتب على ادارة البنك والمسؤل عن الموافقة على التطبيق،كيف ترضى ان يتم تقريب الارقام …تخيل العميل يشتري سهم بخمسين فلس بعدها بيوم السهم ينزل الى 0.496 طبعا التطبيق ما بيستوعب هالرقم وبعطيك انه السهم سعره 0.50 وبيسجل لك خسارة على جنب، 🤔. لا جد كيف ترضون، هذا دليل على اهمال شديد او جهل. وكلاهما مصيبه لولا تلك المشكله العظيمه فالتطبيق كشكل افضل من السابق ولكن لا يعني انه مبتكر لانه تاخر كثيرا والشركات الاخرى انتقلت لجيل آخر من تطبيقات التداول…المشكله الاخرى المستمره من التطبيق السابق هي ان خصائص وخدمات التطبيق لا تكون فعاله طوال وقت التداول حيث ان التطبيق يفصل عن خادم "سيرفر" الاسعار و بدون سبب حتى ولو كنت فاتح التطبيق وتستخدمه، مثلا في صفحة وضع امر جديد احيانا لا تكون الارقام في خانات افضل طلب وافضل عرض محدثه، يعني بعد انتظار طويل لهذا التطبيق كان عشمنا ان يكون افضل مما هو عليه الآن. كلمنا خدمة العملاء اكثر من مره عن هالملاحظات، ودائما اجاباتهم المنمقه تحسسك انك مب عارف تستخدم التطبيق وليس ان التطبيق امر مقدس وجديد لا يمكن انتقاده

Downloaded the new updates and it’s not working .. the watch list is not showing any figures .. the main page .. all indicators are not working !!!

Most terrible customer service. No response on emails or calls. Just another third world country bank.

Most of the time price is not coming on the screen further price is not real time . This impacts on buying selling of security. Please fix this bug asap.

-Absolutely primitive and outdated App. -Disastrous for trading from all aspects. -Not providing real time data and status. -Freezes and dies in the last 10 minutes (2:45-2:55 pm) and the same happens in eBroker too. -I prefer the older eBroker as it is more reliable and recommend to keep using it until the new App is improved, tested and verified.

Needs improvement

The app does not refresh the stocks value instantly, I was about to perform a wrong transaction because of that today.
