My game is stuck in region port and has been for the week, no help from support, complete joke.

Well it looks like ember have forgot about the people who are still playing this game . They need to sort out some new events and sort the Facebook login. Looks like they are trying to kill it off an they are doing a good job. Come on ember sort it out it could be massive again

Takes years to build up and to expensive to buy pack’s..

The latest update (9 months ago) has created an issue in relation to Notifications where they are not received. Fundamental part of the game is getting attacked… and you won’t know until it’s too late. Don’t bother - Ember do not care enough to even respond to this issue

It’s an alright game, stopped playing for a while and started playing lords mobile. Re downloading and starting from scratch

Spent thousands on this game and then when I took a break and reached out to Ember to help me get my city back they simply didn’t care. Shocking customer service

Please do yourself a favour and scroll past, Do not open and forget you ever saw this ad or game. The games developers, Ember, do not care for the people who have played this game for the last 5 years, they will never respond to messages of help apart from sending a computer generated mail which does nothing to help solve problems, the servers are completely shot. I could go on but I can’t be bothered, just like the games developers.

It’s definitely the best zombie game out there. It’s got a perfect layout and great graphics. The issue is the whole pay to win thing. To get further than anyone else you really have to pay for packs that gives you more. The length of time it takes to upgrade buildings is crazy

This is by far the worst game I've ever played in the past 10 years. You will never get a respond from the developer, if you experienced with any problem you'll just have to pray it will get sorted out whenever they decide to do anything. They only cares about how to grab money from people's pocket. Also, they only looked after people who spent plenty of cash, beware!!!!
