The tutorial is so long that it is frustratingly annoying to be able to connect your cloud save, the tutorial goes on for too long for returning players and there should be an option to select returning player to save the 5 minutes plus tutorial, please sort it out

What’s with the latest update? What happened to all my team? This is like a completely new game and you lose everything you had? I’m done.

New game coming in is an absolute disgraceful. Where do I go to get my money back? I didn’t sign up for this. You should be aloud to throw this in people face

I implore all players to read the negative reviews. Many of them are from people who have played the game. This game was fabulous. At the beginning you knew you needed a little luck to get legendary hero strength but as you advanced you were able to build. Now it seems the only way to get stronger is to spend money. The game developers are only focussed on money and have put aside loyalty to long term players. I now spend about $100.00 per month undertaking the challenges and collecting gems to allow me to play the game when I want. That would seem to be is no where near enough. Further the developers have created an algorithm for the game boards to bias the defensive team. That coupled with ever increasing strength of new heros (which can only be collected by spending much more than I do) means that undertaking raids and war events become nothing more than pot luck. The developers have been approached about this by many long term players and sadly only provide a corporate policy response back rather than addressing real frustration of the playing fraternity. Be warned that without spending money you will hit a plateau in advancement within this game and undertaking wars and raid attacks will become increasingly frustrating. It was a great game that has many interesting facets but greed has overcome the future development of this game. The boards are intentionally biased so that only newer heros can survive thus pushing people who want to continue to advance to spend to much money to summons the newest strongest heros. It’s a never ending spiral. The only way to change this is for all players to limit there spending till the developer heed the warnings of frustrations of players who have been very loyal to the game. I don’t hold my breath that things will change as looking on from afar greed always seem to trump loyalty. Perhaps that’s why America is so divided. They have no common collective appreciation of real community values.

Okay, So my ultimate thoughts on this game, If you have good patience, you’ll enjoy it. But my only opinion is, DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME!!!!!! I have spent $ in the thousands on this game, and everything I have received to level up and build a reputable team could of came from spending zero dollars. This game is a just a sham, promotes all the high end characters and loot but wants stupid amounts of money, and in return it will make little difference to your game progression. So if you like a game where you do not want to get invested, this is it, other than that, nothing special, just a deadset cash grab. My opinion, just avoid this game, nothing special about it.

I’ve been playing the game for a few years and seem to have hit a plateau as getting advanced heroes seems to require a significant amount of money to be spent. I put in a small amount each month to get the monthly rewards and play the game at times that suit me however that doesn’t seem to be enough. The algorithm for the boards in raids and wars is heavily weighted against the attacking team and does not seem balanced at all which can be hugely frustrating. It’s a game that takes time investment to advance and grow stronger but seems it also needs money investment to achieve the best rewards.

Been playing the game for about 5-6 years now and its very good to get my mind off other problems and is a very relaxing platform. Overall this game is a total score and is not a bad game.

This game is made for rich people only. When U Started to play year you almost have nothing until U spend big sum of money. This game make you permanently real mad. This kind of game supposed to be banned.

This game is so so bad, please do not waste your time and money. the devs are greedy and never listen to players' feedback. They even call it an RPG (ROFL) , no story, graphics are hideous, in-game screen is full of expensive and unreal offers, probably after clicking thru them you want to just close the app. Instead of fixing or balancing the old outdated heroes, they release new OP heroes and at same time 'costumes' for older heroes which you have to spend fortune to get (some heroes have like 4 costumes LMAO). Uninstalled this game just like many veteran players. Worthless game even for F2P players can't even complete quests now because we can't afford new heroes. Events are ridiculous, new heroes almost every day, half of them I don't even remember their names or skills. I'd rather spend in other games that are more fun and rewarding. Very disappointed at SGG and Zynga or whoever owns it now, once a fun casual game, now completely ruined

It’s not bad but the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because you have to pay for to so many of the good things. Please stop making us pay for the goods! Otherwise it is a great game. Very fun and engaging. 🙃
