EMURGO’s Yoroi Cardano Wallet

I can’t accept term of service because I can’t get to the accept button. This needs to be fixed

Tried to accept new update terms but it will not let me scroll down on my i phone!

After the apps last update when it requests you to accept the new agreement the page doesn’t scroll up to accept hence I doesn’t open.

After the last update it doesn’t work properly and shows something goes wrong every single time. Please fix this problem asap.

i used this wallet and lost all my money and support team is rude and useless do yourself a favor and stay away

If we still think that “cry”pto is a safe storage for any value then we all must be delusional. Let’s face it, only the rich and very very lucky make real fortunes and that is usually in the minting of a new ( 20k + ) “cry” pto and its release. My beef as of 06/30/2022 with this wallet is that after an update the wallet wants me to enter the seed-phrase again. Great I had to use that last night for toilet paper because I became poorer buying “cry” pto. Best to you all.

it crashes , a lot!

This wallet is not secured and their support team does not provide any help. Do not use unless you are willing to risk losing all your assets. My wallet was hacked and all my funds were sent to another wallet without my permission. When I got a hold of Emurgo who is the company that created this wallet, they automatically blamed me for not taking care of my passphrase and log in information. They told me that I probably had my information stolen from my computer, or from other devices that I use. I told them that I only keep all my information in an encrypted file in my iPhone and that I only use the Yoroi wallet on my iPhone but they still blamed me for getting the info stolen. There are situations with this transaction that will prove that it is actually an app hack but they are too long too describe so what I’ll say is that my funds were taken in the middle of an epoch. I was saving the rewards until I had accumulated several so I hadn’t withdrawn them and the whole thing was moved to another wallet. I’m just posting this because I feel this app is really not secured at all and I don’t want the same thing that happened to me to happen to others specially if you are trying to stake a lot of coins in there because one day they might just be gone.

Wallet balances in yoroi are not in sync with ergo blockchain, despite normal troubleshooting. yoroi tech support was quick to respond to my email letting me know there is a ‘server issue’. how can this remain a problem for almost two weeks though?
