Using this to do a food diary, not bad considering I'm using the free version. Unlikely to upgrade. A bit clunky in places and limited info on symptoms but I'll stick with it.
Was a great app, totally loved it, but pointless now because the loading screen hasn’t actually moved on to being the screen with the food diary and the plus sign. I thought maybe it was my wifi causing the issue, but i’ve now tried it in multiple places using different wi-fi’s and data’s and it still doesn’t load :(
I’ve started using this app and I’ve had a positive experience with inputting my meals and symptoms, however, I was hoping to be given graphs or suggestions on which foods are likely to be my triggers. I expected the app to find correlations and communicate them to me but I’ve been using it for a few days and there’s no easy way of identifying anything. Am I missing a feature of the app? Advertising screenshots show graphs that I don’t see.
Perfect for those looking for an easy free DIY solution. My one suggestion for improvement would be to more easily visualise meal times and types in the graph. And perhaps a way to, over time, build a model that connects symptom severity to certain types of food.
At first, I couldn’t tap to track my symptoms so deleted the app. Then I learnt that IF you add custom symptoms and the words/sentence is too long there is no space to move the button on the bar (that’s how to mark the intensity of the symptom). That’s is a major flaw, and that’s why I couldn’t use the tracker the first time and decided to delete it. But there is nothing quite like this app out there…
So grateful for this app, allowed me to to detect the common denominators and triggers of my ibs of which I’ve found so difficult to track without keeping a note of things. Honestly it’s the clearest, simplest way to track your bodies reactions to what your eating- not to mention the actual design of the app is positive and colourful!! Making the my ibs journey less grey and miserable, but is allowing me to experience such personal growth through finding the patterns that can be avoided. Whoever started this app is a gem!
Really clear and helpful to manage symptoms, as well as identifying patterns with foods/drinks and what could be possible triggers. Very clear layout, easy to use. Only fault would be that some foods are not recognised on the app, however you can free type your own so this is not an issue.
Love this app but the keyboard blocks new food entries so very difficult to add new things. Please fix!
It’s hard to key in anything properly because the food text field keeps appearing UNDER the keyboard.
