As a retiree I have found the Genesis app so easy to use. It has made my life so much easier with real time usage data and the power shout rewards they give.

This power shout means I can empty my spa pool and re heat it which is fantastic as it takes so long to get to temperature. I appreciate these power shouts more than you know. Many thanks !

Works well however our rental trust does not have a credit card and am unable to pay other than direct credit that’s takes days for genius to process

Quite a few features, but a bit difficult to navigate

So far so good, just if I want to pay by bank transfer I need to look for the bank details Not enough power shouts

Very disappointing.

This is the first time I have used the app to order gas bottles. It took only seconds to place my order, and it was actually easier than ordering by phone. Well done Genesis Energy for creating such an easy to use app!

The ability to change between the power and gas accounts within the App is not clear or intuitive. Needs to be made more obvious on both sites.

I’ve been with Genesis for many years now because I can’t fault them and love the power shouts.

Great service to keep our winery running smooth during this busy time.
