The order ahead feature is great and I love my local store. Problem for me is that the app never seems to save my notes. I spend approximately 50-60 clicks (yes. I’ve counted.) trying to get it to save special instructions. I redownloaded the app and have the same issues.
Not the best app, just ok. Not very user-friendly at all. It doubles orders, lags, etc. It’s been down the last week not accepting payment. I wish my shop had a better option for online orders.
I like being able to order ahead and this app is easy to use. Only four stars because it doesn’t always work on my phone. I’ve tried all the typical fixes, restarting phone, reconnecting to internet, redownloading the app, but none seem to help. I also would like to see an option to switch clubs because I do use different clubs in my area.
The app was cool until it stop taking my password. I did not forget the password because I had Face ID in use. It just stop taking it. I have tried to reset with no success. The app is know useless.

I wish this app allowed for tips. I do not carry cash and the workers deserve the tips.
I haven’t even been able to use the app because immediately after making my account it says wrong password. I know it correct! Yet when I tried to do the “forgot my password” option, the app tells me that it’s not authorized to change passwords on the app. I’ll just go in person.
Too many times an order has duplicated or won’t send! Also the pick up time needs to be more noticeable on the other end.
I love this app. I’ve had it for over a year now. Never had a problem. It never crashes on me. I think all the reviews of people having to delete the app and reinstall probably have phones that are old or not compatible with the app.
