Full version still no good
I work in audio publications, so having a number of resources to check pronunciations is important. So I (or, tbh my company) paid for the full version of this app. I figured the bad reviews were just people who didn’t read the fine print regarding “in-app purchases.” Well, take it from me, the full version isn’t worth the money. If it was free, still not worth using. Why? All it gives are pronunciations, so you’ll find no guidance regarding words with more than one meaning and pronunciation. Even that would be fine, except for the fact that, in limited use, I’ve found at least 3 words for which it gives completely incorrect pronunciations. In an app that only gives pronunciations! Get Merriam-Webster and Forvo, and delete this one!
