ENOC Pay is a smart mobile app that allows users to pay for ENOC products and services.
Customers can pay for Fuel, VIP top up (including auto top up option) and ZOOM purchases by linking their credit card to the app, and pay automatically in a fast, easy and convenient way with their mobile phone.
Once users register and create an account, they have to link to an active mobile payment format (credit card).
Then customers can use their smart phones to pay for purchase.
Payment is through two options:
1. Manually select pump number and POS number (ask staff for help)
2. Scan QR code on display

App not working
Good if working, unfortunately it doesn’t work!
Bad user experience
I used several apps, and this one for sure is among worst experience I had, from register or login, i think both needs big enhancement
Login failure
Not able to login some kind of login error. Try to fix this glitch
Auto Top Up Not Working
I setup my auto topup to kick in if the remaining balance is below 150aed. It worked the first (and i think the 2nd time). But the next ones are not. The auto topup function didnt kicked in until my balance drained to zero! Now i manually (again) topup my account. I dont see the purpose of having an auto topup feature anymore…
Very bad app
I tried many times to pay.. but unfortunately can't access to app ..very bad

The app keeps crashing while attempting to login!
Terrible service.
ENOC Pay falls short of expectations. The app frequently malfunctions, making it frustrating to use. Issues like server downtime during VIP recharge attempts are particularly problematic. Urgent improvements are needed from the development team to enhance the user experience.
