Can’t verify ID document

The in app camera takes blur photo of already blurry Malaysian ID card. After a few attempts, the photo gets through and expectedly gets rejected - multiple times. Can’t even sign up, don’t even dare to think about it’s functionality

The apps is so disappointing..no wonder everyone is giving a bad review experience..what a shame..

Sign up conditions

Wanted to try the app but requires rm100 to sign up. That stops me from even see what the app can actually offers.

No OTP receive

The app didn’t send any OTP despite many try.

A lot of room for improvement

Still struggling to figure out where is where. Recommendations: 1. Include QR Pay function to enable user to fully utilise the app 2. Highlight transactions in home page and other functions in another tab/menu 3. Allow user to customise quick menu on home page 4. Expenses analytics in its own tab
