Unstable App and poor customer support
The EON app has been an incredibly frustrating experience. It’s highly unstable, with constant buffering and interruptions during streaming. I contacted customer support, and they immediately blamed my internet connection. However, speed tests clearly show my internet is well above the required speeds for streaming. Additionally, I use multiple other streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), and they all work flawlessly—proving the issue is with the EON app itself. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of an Apple TV app in 2024. This feels unacceptable for a streaming platform in this day and age. If they want to compete in the market, they need to invest in both stability and accessibility.
