Love this fitness company

Best gyms in the Valley! Great instructors, multiple formats to choose from for classes and top notch equipment if you choose the floor. Recovery room is AMAZING!

Lots of resources

It takes a while to get familiar with all of the resources available in this app. But I really enjoy all the features. The bio age fitness is very helpful and motivating. All the recovery and resources and even online classes help you mix it up.

App is down a lot and I missed my yoga class!

The only thing that works less than their staff is their app

I don’t know what EŌS has against apps that work and are intuitive and don’t frustrate their staff and clientele daily but there obviously must be something going on. It’s like there is no app for EŌS at all … that’s how functioning this app is in the real world. EŌS, Please don’t reach out to me telling me “we’re sorry you have concerns, we HEAR you, or let’s discuss how to make it right.” - NO, NO, NO —- just make it right, just do it, fix it! In the meantime I’ll be asking the staff to manually do all the work the app was supposed to be doing and we will all try our best to keep our anger turned inward. Thanks.

App is great when it works

Every time there is an update for the app I hope that it fixes the g-fit scheduler. Every time I click on the scheduler I get the error message. I have deleted and reinstalled the app so many times. The classes are all overused now because some people can’t sign up and just show up. Please fix this!!

Useless

I just got my membership a couple weeks ago and when I first downloaded the app it opened, but I wasn’t able to look at class schedules. Thankfully I saved the QR code for check in to my apple wallet because since then I can’t open the app period. I have deleted and reinstalled several times and when I click on it an immediate error message unable to open pops up. I’ve asked the workers and they didn’t know what to say. I chose this gym and membership level for trying out classes and so far I haven’t been able to which is really disappointing.
