The layout of this app is great, and it should be really easy to use. Currently I can’t use it at all because it’s insisting on an update that doesn’t exist. Also, you can’t search more than one word, so if you search “cream cheese” there are no results. You have to search “cheese” and scroll through. Also, when searching “apples”, you have to scroll through everything that has apple in the title, before finding what you actually want. It’s very frustrating.

A pity the search function in the app doesn't work - can press on the search bar all I want but can never enter text to search. Used to work 1 in 20 times but now not at all. Aside from this the app is easy to use though the goods could be better ordered sometimes...

疫情期间还以为找到宝藏买菜app了 ，谁知道配送要半月后，下单后没有任何退货的选项，只有个永远打不通的热线电话和不会有回复的邮箱地址。谨慎下载吧。

Epermarket 是一个完全的种族歧视APP，歧视中国人民。 这段时间上海疫情，所有人都被封闭在家无法出门购物。 发现Epermarket这个APP上还可以挑选产品并配送，于是在上面下单等待物流配送。 然而过了几天，系统显示APP自动将我的两笔订单都取消了，在没有和我沟通和经过我的同意的情况下，擅自删除订单；强制退款。 我添加他们的中文微信客服询问此事，却得到“因疫情无法配送”的答复。 但我的一位日本朋友就在当日上午收到了他们的快递。 Epermarket这个APP就是挑客人；使用中文界面下单就会无限延期；使用英文/法文下单配送日期就很快。同时，如果收货地址/姓名是中文；就会强制删单；如果是外国人的地址/姓名就正常配送！ 请大家不要再被这种崇洋媚外的APP骗了！垃圾软件和国内运营人员！

首页只写了疫情期间，订单可能延误，需要退款可以邮件。结果订单没有人处理，邮件没有人回复，电话没有人接。不知道怎么了。

不能退款的 也不配送的

下了单想退款是退不了的，只能拨打永远占线的客服和发送根本没有回信的邮件！！！

进口产品挺多的，之前在国外喜欢的东西基本都能买到，送货也快，可以选择送达时间这点还蛮好的。蔬菜水果的品质也不错，暂时还没踩雷过，买起来还是比较放心。
