Love doing puzzles
Love this app except every once in a while it deletes all my purchased puzzles and I have to go back in a download them all again so I loose all my progress of completed puzzles.
Lovely puzzles!
I don’t have a complaint but I do have a desire - it would be so lovely if all photos of beautiful places in the world would have a caption telling us their location. With that information, I can look the place up and learn more about it and hopefully see even more photos! Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoy your puzzles and the occasional interaction with your company, who are unfailingly helpful and kind. Judy Haider
Where are my puzzles stored?
I love the beautiful puzzles, but not too crazy about how they are stored. Where do I find all of my purchases?
Great app. Just needs to refresh photos more frequently
The functionality of this app is fantastic. You can work a puzzle almost exactly the same way as a real puzzle. There is lots of variety of puzzles. However having been using the app for over a year, they haven’t refreshed or added new puzzles. Given that these are digital photos you would think it should be relatively easy to get new pics. I also think they could crop the puzzles a bit more. There are a lot of pics where more than half the pic is background (blue sky or just a fuzzy color).

I enjoy this puzzle game so much. If you enjoy any puzzles, you will benefit with relaxation. Please try it.
Puzzles won’t save
I enjoy the puzzles, but am extremely frustrated that I start a puzzle, and when I return to finish it a short time later, it isn’t there. I have to start all over! I have contacted support. They tell me to save and be sure I return to the puzzle the same day (on daily freebies). I do both those things, but my puzzle is gone.
