Epic Little War Game

Love all the games, especially this one, only gripe is I have no grenadiers?

Good game and VERY similar to ‘Great Big War Game’ its ancestor. A few new units & effects. Key difference is ability to build a base, which could not be done in the original (you stole barracks and factories instead). This new version has 20-odd campaign maps, but maps are disappointing, compared to the maps from the original which seemed more ‘real’ and clearly more thought went into creating them. Overall good, but preferred the original.

I am using an iPhoneXR with iOS 16.1. The game no longer works properly. When playing a random skirmish, the first army does not interact with my army at all (it doesn’t attack me and I cannot attack it). The rest of the armies work fine. The game ends when I have killed all the armies apart from the first one. I still love this game but I wish there was a new version.

Absolutely been my favourite game since it came out, but now needs a new updated version

A GREAT game. Modern classic. Don’t expect to win anything multiplayer’s wise straight away, but keep going and you will start to experience the addictive quality of this game and start to win.

AI is really dumb. virtually no strategy element to it. Easy to win with any strategy you can dream up. If in doubt, spam helicopters on the later levels - I guarantee you'll win every game. Example of how dumb the AI is can be seen in skirmish game. Crank up difficulty will just result in computer players earning orders of magnitude more money than you. What does the AI do with all that money? Waste it building buildings for the sake of it, building pointless units like 5 or more builders and attack in pretty much the same way over and over so you can spot the pattern from the start. What a disappointment rubicon! Feels like you're milking the brand!

kill kill kill, all in the name of fun of course. Buy this game. You will not be disappointed. Hours of mayhem

Fun, epic 'little' game ... great visual style too.

This game is really fun. I like how you can construct your own base and the introduction of factions. I recommend this game to all except those who haven't played the other games in this series because it's a bit complicated. The reason why this is a 4-star review is what happened to the Fog or War? That's like half the fun! You can't ambush people or have secret plans without the Fog. Please, bring it back!
