Treatment
With the recent balance changes, events and how you are treating CN community comparing to the rest of the servers i don’t have the excitement to play like i used to back in 2018. It’s like you guys are encouraging the long time players to quit the game
Why China gets a lot reward than global ?

Been playing since launch but the recent CN issue I really can’t stand it. That’s a blatant preference treatment to CN server .
Favouritism on CN server
When there was no CN server, all felt equal but when CN came out, they get so many rewards. They get our anniversary rewards, while we don’t get their anniversary rewards. They get 5k skystones and a limited selector when a simple mistake were made, but we only get 2 leifs. They had no issue on the free ML pull, we had issues on our free ML pull, but somehow CN server is also getting the compensation when they’re not even affected. What the hell is this blatant favoritism?
Asia Server unable to connect 19/9
What happened? No notice nothing. Kept connecting to server and error. Been playing a year+ and this is the first time error to connect (without any notice/announcement)

4年前就開始玩這個遊戲了，去年因為Microsoft的問題導致我3年的帳號無法登入。Stove也不幫我找回帳號。就在上個星期，我打算重新入坑，肝了一個星期打完第二章共抽了15抽月光抽，一隻5星都沒有，神秘抽30抽也全3星就幾隻4星，最誇張的是Up池保底。。。。。 儲值買了5抽暗屬性3-5星角色全3星，1抽4-5星角色結果出4星角色。。。。徹底對這個遊戲失望。

Algorithm for draw characters
I just hope you guys fix the algorithm for rates in draw. It so hard to get 5 star characters. And expensive too..
