Epic Wings

I hate to be a Karen but man my food was so bad today 1/2/25… was my first meal since getting the flu ( 4 days) and everything was soo salty I was upset. This location is usually really good! Idk what happened

I ordered 2 combo fries and both barely had any chicken and fries in it with it only being half the size of the box. Terrible food service.

the wings are excellent and the app is done well.

I was able to order epic wings a while ago, but these last couple of months I wasnt able to. I would like to order and when I arrive it was ready. But now this app wouldn’t take any type of payment. I would call but its an inconvenience to unable to see the menu. And now when I try to add additional information it wont let me saying “This mobile is in use”. Of course its in use, i’m trying to add information.

This app is difficult. It makes offers it does not fulfill. Right away two things offered were not given. I deleted and won’t ever patronize this company.

I made a purchased and unfortunately forgot to scan my rewards and it was the day it was double points and when I asked the lady i forgot to scan can she do it she advised she couldn’t help. I was okay with it because I could’ve spoke to someone in customer service on the app but no option. That’s all

Last time I ordered through the app I tried to redeem points to for a drink. Was unable to see redeemed reward once placing order. Tried again to redeem points for a drink but still could not see reward when order was placed. I ended up cashing in more points that I wanted because I thought the first time didn’t go through but I noticed my point balance went down as if I redeemed a drink twice. I never saw the reward in the app, after I cashed out my points for it. I asked the employee at the store and they hooked me up with a free drink and could not figure out why I couldn’t see my reward after cashing in my points. Today I went to place a new order and while cashing out I could see my reward of 2 free drinks. I tried to select it to redeem but it did not show up as part of my order when I went to the next screen to select payment method. I have not gone to pick up my order yet so I’m not sure if it will show that I want to redeem a drink reward and if it came off my list of available rewards. This makes it very confusing and hard to redeem the points I have earned. Other that this, I have had no other issue with this app.

Title says it all. The app won’t launch. Just crashes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same result.

Please work on your checkout. You can’t stay consistent on saving cards nor do you allow to split between cards. Was a hassle checking out.

Doesn’t save cards, can’t find saved favorites to re-order.
