Bcz of this app my mobile got stuck .. can’t open the app n close the app..better to avoid this..

App doesn’t send any notifications for new announcement published! Every day its a task for parents to access the app and check. Sometimes school publishes announcement at 10 PM , half of parents and kids would have slept by then and if unchecked in mornings its a miss! UI can be more fluid, its laggy currently.

This app is not user friendly. IOS version Not working. Crashes most of the times. Some are are not working and or not displayed. Not sure if the school authorities have tested it before publishing for students/parents. For Developers: I am sure this is not developed as per the user friendly and tested before releasing. It this is tested and have passed Quality checks. Then hats off to the testing and Quality team for approval the app with so many issues. Landing pages does not even have password reset. There is a scan option but after scanning the QR code and pop-up appears with details, that’s all and the app does not allow the user to login. Most of the time it throws errors invalid credentials, even after entries correct details. Worst experience with the app, I rate “1” for the app, as it at least installed on the phone nothing happens post installing.
