Eptura Hummingbird

I downloaded this app as it kept popping up on my phone. Now, I cannot delete it! Each times, it keeps coming back. I wonder if this is a virus!

I tried to login and not even once I was able to login. USELESS

Both this app and companies service as a whole are absolutely terrible. Constant glitches and a full lack of customer support across-the-board even when you get people to write back, makes it a terrible experience. Do not support this horrid service.

This app is terrible. Since I work in a hybrid environment, I’m REQUIRED by my company to use it to reserve a desk space. I don’t think I have received the “Oops, an error occurred” message more in my life, assuming the app loads at all. I have to try 30-50 times to reserve a space, but more often than not I just go into the office and hope to find an open desk. This app is a disaster.

The app more often than not will not display open desks for reservations.

Should be renamed Dead Bird because this app never hums along. Crashes constantly, takes forever to load. Very frustrating experience nearly every time.

The app doesn’t show up anywhere on the Home Screen. I have to do a search for it, so I can’t remove it and try to reinstall or just get rid of it since it’s useless. When I do try to open it and login, it crashes every time.

It’s a buggy and moody app. Sometimes works likes a charm and most of the times, it doesn’t work. Developers need to invest in this app to take care of logging in issues (if the developers are listening).

The app is really difficult to navigate and I’ve bumped into several bugs along the way. Great concept though!

This is a garbage app that doesn’t work. It won’t even link to my company’s single sign on rendering it absolutely useless. Thanks for making nothing of value.
