Unable to sign up at all. Fix the bug. No code is sent out for registration

You have to fix this app , because no work , the previous apps for EQK AC worked perfectly,I don’t know why you changed that app for this piece trash

this is a non function app that reads heavily of a scam / wifi spyware. this shouldnt be allowed in the app store.

The app no longer works needs to be fixed..

I want to know who was able to get signed in long enough to make this work?

Doesn’t connect to wifi, doesn’t show any error message just stops functioning. Support website link is broken. In app support tells me to check my router. I’m not even sure it’s attempting to connect to my router or if the app isn’t functioning. Seems maybe like a gimmick to say this product can be remotely controlled. If the app doesn’t work, they can’t make that claim. Might be a BBB complaint.

Worked great for a week. App now requires update, that isn’t available.
