This hasn’t been updated for the newer iOS releases in some time and does not read Apple Music or iTunes properly often misidentifying tracks or outright denying purchased tracks exist at all. Apple should remove it from the AppStore as it is garbage now.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service Therefore I’m A Very Dissatisfied and Dissapointed Customer‼️‼️
I purchased this app a month ago now. I’ve never been able to even successfully use it even once yet. Each time I attempt to play any music from my Apple Music library through it since it is connected the app immediately crashes as soon as I press play without doing anything else. I have tried over 40 different songs from numerous artists, genres, decades…etc. I have reach out to them at the email listed in the app a total of three times now with the last time having placed a delivery notification as well as a read receipt on the email and was notified as to both and still no response from anyone and that last email I mentioned was a week ago or more now. This is ridiculous and terrible support. I will be filing a complaint with Apple in the next few days should I still hear nothing back and will seeking a refund on this purchase since I have screen recordings of my inability to se the app whatsoever, which I have included in the several emails I have sent to this developer. I’ve send screen recordings as well as screenshots, made sure all on the information regarding my phone was listed and correct while also giving a very detailed explanation of the issues and under what types of environment the app failures are occurring. Still Nothing‼️🙎🏼♂️ I very sincerely hope you as a developer upon receiving this review will finally show some professionalism and due diligence regarding this matter and respond to me and finally help me to solve the issues so I can actually use what I’ve paid for twice now. I hope to hear from you soon💯‼️ Sincerely, A Very Aggravated, (Paying!) Customer.

Trying to get a refund The preset eq settings Apple provides are terrible it used to have a graphic eq but of course they took it away cause they know more than we do about how we should be listening to music

I just purchased this app. And there is no EQ window or Bass Booster. Just the radio station to pick no control at all
Bass Booster App
Don’t get this app. Doesn’t play all formats. You get an advertisement every time you open the app. Very hard to edit playlist.
