Hola, buenas tardes Esperando que se encuentre bien. Yo no solicité ningún plan ni mucho menos instale la App ni ningún servicio, por lo cual pido por favor un reembolso ya que ni se para que existe esta App. Así que por lo mismo pido un Reembolso.. me descontaron inmediatamente $9.200 pesos. Esto es una estafa me ha estado sacando dinero de la cuenta por meses y recién hoy me di cuenta 21/12/2023. Es increíble el fraude.. este teléfono no lo manejan niños solo yo estoy al pendiente y encuentro que esto es un robo y no le he dado ni uso a esta app. (Ni nunca la había visto).. y recién hoy me di cuenta que me ha descontado como 6 meses

This practice/trend needs to stop. Automatic 1 star. I’d rather pay a few bucks immediately for a short term pass that doesn’t renew, at least that would be a more honest way to collect money.
