Equilab: Horse Riding App

Having suddenly not had the speed of gaits recorded, I followed the advice to reload the app, (as dara was stored in the cloud) but I’ve not got any now!! How can I retrieve it ?

I’ve used this app for the past three years and recorded all my rides for this time just to find that now I can no longer access my total miles and hours!! Being pushed to join premium when most of the premium features are not needed by some people. I won’t be joining, I will be deleting and finding another way to track I’m afraid too much ‘Premium’ in your face now and lost half my tracking and basic features that were free on the app that suddenly need to be paid for!! Also, Watch connection not good and the app in general is getting messy, pop ups saying can’t detect movement on phone, join Premium, challenge this month, join Premium, have you trotted, join Premium… Enough!

I have been using Equilab for years and loved it but they are now taking all the features away from the free version. Would be different if it had always been the case or newer features were paid only but unfair to loyal users. When I started using it for free you could have multiple horses but now only two for quite some time Went to check my stats this month and you not have to pay for that too!

i’ve been using this app for the past 5 years and it’s a been great. however it’s a real shame the amount of things that have been moved to premium only. don’t equestrians have enough to pay for without forking out £100 a year for an app? it seems only this week you now can’t see your weekly trend as a free user, i could see that last week!! and there’s no mention of things being removed, it just is without your knowledge.

Unfortunately, they've stripped down the free version quite a bit, making it less appealing. I'd be happy to upgrade to premium, but with four riders in our household, the cost is prohibitive. A family membership would be a great solution, and I'd definitely consider it.

Disappointed as I used to use this app for tracking miles and sharing routes. Now this feature (miles per week/month/year) has been added to the subscription only service. More and more is being taken off and I, like many. Cannot justify the high subscription fee. Shame as it was once a really good app. Now it’s only helpful if you want to see your route, which other apps can track anyway.

I use Equilab every time I ride, do ground work, or lunge my horse. I love the maps, the safety tracking, and the fact I can write a little bit about what I did and how she behaved so I can keep track of how she is feeling in her work. I truly love this app.

I love it!!! The only thing is I have four horses and I don’t really want to pay to add them :(

Really useful free version but premium is far too expensive. I really want to support the app but make it £29.99/year so most of us can afford it.

its overall good but i don’t have any mobile data and idk if you need internet to use it
