Cannot use app.
Keeps telling me to update to latest app version, but app shows as up to date. I even tried to redownload the app entirely.. still did not solve the issue. App does not appear in my updates section under my account either.

I agree with others it’s easy to track and access the data you are looking for but someone needs to optimize and clean up the app. Constant spinning bubbles, laggy drop downs, and a cleaner design would be recommended.
“Something went wrong. We’re working on it now. Try again later.” For the past month. Can’t view anything after logging in
I upgraded to an iPhone 15 and FaceID does not work even though the toggle switch is on in settings. Months later FaceID still doesn’t work. When I log on with ID and password, the data is a day behind; it’s now 12/30 at almost 1 pm EST and data shown is still from 12/28. 12/10/24 update - on Saturday (12/7) morning showed last update was Thursday (12/5) and still showed Thursday‘s data - OK at least date and amount were correct. On Saturday at 12:40 pm shows the same Thursday amount with Friday’s date - no this is wrong and the SEC would not be happy with this reporting; this was finally corrected at some point later on Saturday; on Tuesday (12/10) the same problem reoccurred still showing Friday‘s old total now with a date of Monday (12/9); please fix the reporting and timeliness problems as well as the inoperable FaceID

I have an iPhone 8 Pro with the update to your app I no longer are able to use it due to the fact it now requires an OS of 17 and higher. Very disappointed.
I enjoy working with equitable overall so this is not a review of the company, just the app. It is so slow! It’s faster for me to pull out my computer, boot it up, and go to their website instead of waiting for my account information to pull up on the app.
