The brilliance of the workouts is by far the best I have experienced. Anywhere from 20-30 minutes to hit peak performance and feel amazing! Accessibility to take my fitness anywhere I go has helped immensely stay on top of my healing from surgery and enhanced my physical stamina. Grateful for ER FITNESS!!

These are the best at home, on vacation, inside or outside workouts! Casie brings her love of working out and dance background to her workouts. Choose from the quick 18 min ones to the total 30 min total workouts. No equipment is required, but can be added with simple objects from home. Love her encouraging words and she is so easy to follow! Thanks Casie for kicking my butt 💗
