Problemi con l’accesso
Ogni volta che provo ad accedere mi chiede di aggiornare i consensi privacy, ma una volta fatto lo richiede di nuovo e sono punto a capo. 🤷🏼♀️ Non riesco ad entrare nell’account.

Cideb and Black graded readers are available for studying English, French, Italian, Spanish and German; they are aimed at different levels of ability and age and are suited to independent study, group or class work and for preparing for international certifications (CAMBRIDGE, TRINITY, DELE, DELF, FIT).
Characteristics and contents
· Full audio of the Read Aloud text to follow the reading step by step.
· Activities and exercises to test your progress.
· Data synchronisation with the web version of the app available from the blackcat-cideb site;
· teachers can create their own classroom and follow the progress of individual students, and the whole class.·
Wonderful illustrations and animations.
· An ever-growing catalogue searchable by language, age and level.

The “Buy” feature ensures the complete use of the book selected with a single one-off payment.
There are 2 types of “subscription” available:
· Paying € 9.99 a month gives you an ongoing monthly subscription that is renewed automatically.
· Paying € 59.99 a year gives you an ongoing annual subscription that is renewed automatically.
The cost of the subscription will be debited from your iTunes account after the purchase is confirmed.
The renewal can be deactivated at any time in your iTunes settings. To prevent the subscription being renewed automatically, it is necessary to cancel the renewal at least 24 hours before payment is due.
If the renewal is active, it will be debited within 24 hours of the previous subscription ending.
It is not possible to cancel a subscription for the period underway once it has been activated or renewed.

From the 05/07/2021 If you own a printed version of the book you can access to the digital version by activating the book on the website, using the code at the end of your book. Access is also available on your mobile device by signing in to the eReaders app with your registered account. Simply select ‘Library’ from the app’s menu, click on ‘Cloud,’ and download your book.

Ho acquistato questo libro per la scuola, dove viene chiaramente indicato che include l’audiolibro gratuito. Tuttavia, una volta utilizzata l’app, mi viene richiesto di pagare ulteriori 9€ o di sottoscrivere un abbonamento per accedere ai contenuti, nonostante abbia già acquistato il libro. Questo comportamento è inaccettabile e scorretto, considerando che il servizio dovrebbe essere gratuito come promesso. Il sito, oltre a essere mal strutturato, non permette nemmeno di utilizzare il codice ISBN, con un messaggio che informa che "l'attivazione con ISBN non è disponibile fino a metà settembre". Trovo tutto questo estremamente frustrante, specialmente perché, essendo una studentessa, ho necessità di leggere questo libro prima di quella data. Ho già inviato una mail al servizio clienti per risolvere la situazione, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. È inammissibile che non solo vengano richiesti ulteriori pagamenti per un servizio che dovrebbe essere gratuito, ma anche che non vi sia un minimo di assistenza per chi, come me, ha urgenza di accedere ai contenuti.

Non capisco perché le scuole si ostinino a farci acquistare i libri qui. Problemi di accesso sull’app nonostante le credenziali siano giuste( anche perché sono le stesse utilizzate x acquistare il libro), non vi è la possibilità di parlare con qualcuno, solo mail con risposte a “ dio piacendo” il codice univoco continua a dire che è errato e quindi un libro con audio + App è diventato un semplice libro cartaceo che su Amazon mi costava meno. Insomma mi auguro di non doverla mai più utilizzare!!!

L’app ha sempre funzionato estremamente male, ma l’apice l’abbiamo raggiunto ora. Ho acquistato in passato 3 libri, dei quali avevo completato tutti gli esercizi, ma quando l’app è passata alla Mondadori mi ha resettato tutto, adesso sono costretta a rifare da capo un centinaio di pagine di esercizi!

è anche troppo una stella per quest’app. tempo fa ho acquistato un libro, successivamente l’app è andata in manutenzione per molto tempo (non hanno migliorato nulla), dopo la manutenzione ho provato ad aprire il mio libro per leggerlo e mi dice che devo pagarlo ancora. oltre a questo c’è pure il problema dell’accesso, infatti ho provato ad accedere da un altro dispositivo e non mi fa accedere nonostante mail e password coincidano, mi fa infatti continuare ad accettare cose e mi rimanda all’infinito all’accesso.

Pagato abbinamento di € 9,99 per circa un anno senza mai poter accedere ai contenuti multimediali,infatti ogni volta che cliccavo su un libro mi riportava al pagamento.

App fatta con i piedi. Non lascia fare la registrazione, pur avendo acquistato il libro cartaceo.

Francamente non capisco le recensioni negative ed i problemi di accesso. Nessun problema di registrazione ed ottima applicazione con i tutti i contenuti a disposizione.
