With Ergo Focus you are able to create customizable timers so you are easily reminded to take breaks while you work so your brain gets the much deserved rest it needs, but that's not enough, what about your body!
Working long hours at a desk can take a toll on your body just as much as it can on your head. Especially true if you're working from home and don't have anywhere else to be but at your desk, it's important to go through different working positions throughout the day so you don't end up sitting in the exact same spot for multiple hours.
With Ergo Focus you can set yourself clear timed reminders to alternate between different positions throughout the day as you work, and not only when you take a break. Whether it's with a standing desk, or simply by standing up with your laptop at an elevated counter for a little while, you'll drastically cut down on the amount of time you stay in the same position in a day.
