Escape Game: Balloon Palace

be happy i gave you guys a three and not a one. i feel like it could use some fixing. advertisements are on the top and bottom of the screen, which is very irritating especially when i didn’t want to click on the advert. it’s got very boring, which made me feel like i spent time on this game for nothing. it just feels like a game that would be on a 2000s phone and it just doesn’t feel up-to-date. it’s not a bad game, but please fix the following and i would play!

No hyperbole here - Jammsworks is simply (and obviously IMO) the ⭐️best⭐️ casual escape game developer. As often as they offer new titles one might think the quality would suffer, but each is better than the last. OZ is fantastic - filled with humor, and follows the story quite nicely...such nostalgia. Puzzles are about average difficulty, but are cleverly designed and well-integrated into each theme. Every game comes with a note sheet, excellent hint system (which are the only ads) AND a lil’ bonus game for dessert! And all for TRULY free. Genius! Update: I’m tempted to knock a star as “restore purchases” doesn’t seem to work after updates. But maybe it’s me, so…

It was actually really fun and interesting. Everything made sense and the hints were really helpful.

Part of me wishes the characters spoke but that’s a stretch as I’m sure it’d be harder to develop for free. I really enjoyed this! It was harder at times than I anticipated and I like that. Awesome job for a free almost ad free game!! Loved!

It was fun but so short

Downloaded the game (twice) because I really wanted to see what it was all about but I couldn't get the ads to go away. They appear at both top and bottom of the screen, which is somehow getting in the way of what I need to do to get started, let alone play the game. I did see something about paying for ads so you could get the game without them, but there are no US dollars for me to click on. I tried clicking on what was there but I got the dreaded round circle & nothing else. So, as far as I'm concerned, this game is useless.

The game was hard in some areas and the clues weren’t easy to find!!!

I’ve played multiple escape games from this developer and this was one of the harder ones. I had to watch ads for hints a lot more times than in other games. Otherwise, as fun as the other games although I feel the hints were harder to get (like the owl eyes). Not sure if they have input but it’s annoying when an ad plays and my music stops to play the obnoxious ad music or dialogue. At least you can mute it.
