Bought the 3 yr subscription it does not recognize it. Keeps saying I don’t have a subscription. Getting a hold of anyone that works for the app is absolute joke don’t waste ur time emailing because they do not check the email. What a waste of money. The unit is great but I would rather kept my Cobra radar detector At this point.

I paid for a subscription through apple and it keeps saying that my subscription is not active. And the app keeps crashing on my iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Won’t even let me register on the app. It keeps crashing as I register.

Has saved me a TON of stress and has allowed for enjoyable motoring.

it nice that it reports who is ot there.. I used it with my 360 Max integrationed solution... But it really needs to be able to show up on car play sp that ypo can control it through your car entertainment system --- make it easier to dismiss alarms.

The smart cord used with a detector that is not Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capable is advantageous. I’ve been using the smart cord to connect with my Sena headset and it connects great. The problem with the app is that if you don’t purchase the subscription service you a “Pop Up” every 30 seconds that you have to acknowledge or you can’t see the app interface. PUT OUT AN UPDATE TO THE APP AND REMOVE THE SUBSCRIPTION REMINDER. Stop with the money reminder. Some of us don’t need the subscription. As a user in northern BC Canada it is not useful. There is not enough people in this area to make it useful. Fix it......... Please. The new app update has totally screwed up the audio warnings through the smart cord. Not getting audio warnings now on my Sena headset. Go back to the old settings. This new app like old nice but you’ve messed up the setting with a smart cord.

Why can’t this be Apple CarPlay compatible? That would be extremely useful! The app used to let me change band settings on the unit, but that has lately changed. Trying to turn off the detectors ability to not detect POP, but it won’t open band settings. All in all, it’s not horrible, but I need to be able to access band settings

This app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. So it’s been abandoned by the developer.

The current version has bugs.

I can’t even login without an activation link but there is no activation link to click on and no instructions how to get one. This is very annoying.
