Since 2 months, the p2p appears offline and the ip cameras doesn’t works
Before last update, i didnt have any problems to play recordings of my NVR, now i have them
I can’t get it to renew!! And have emailed support over and over to no avail. All I get are white screens whenever I try to renew. I’ve been trying for weeks before my plan ran out and now I’m left high and dry! I even uninstalled it and bought another camera. Nothing works now for some reason. My fault tho, should have known better when I realized where the company is at!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I purchased the bulb camera in February 2024. It has worked great. The eseecloud app worked great as well. I could view the preview and then the full video if I needed to. I use an SD card. When it's full I just format it again and start over. I don't need to purchase cloud service. BUT! Last week or so, that has changed. Now I can only view previews. If I want to view the full video, I have to purchase the cloud service. It's expensive and was unnecessary. I am livid! I have given the camera good reviews and recommended it to others. I don't mind the ads but to be forced to buy something I don't need and can't afford is just ludicrous. I am going to attempt to call the 888 number in the camera info. Hopefully someone can help me. I'm also going to file a report with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for deceptive business practices. I hope others will do the same.
I can’t fix the network it giving issues pls fix So we changed our network and it won’t let us connect to our new one the process doesn’t help the Manuel doesn’t help the website etc . Pls fix this problem
So apparently the most recent update has turned on ads for the cloud service. 9 months of being a passable app, now this. There’s a banner across the bottom that prevents access to the last video files in the list, and some videos won’t even play, they just go straight to the cloud service ad. Changing the AD switch to off doesn’t seem to make a difference. I have no intention of paying 2x what the camera cost for their cloud service. Thanks for ruining the app.
Soooo tired of it poping up advertising to get cloud when I use local sd card!!!! It stopped for years and now it’s back being pushy!!! I can’t hardly get to the sd card videos
Live view and local playback does not work anymore since update. Just sits there …..loading…..
I think that it’s very unfair for you to after months of having the security camera that I bought and paid for now all of a sudden you want to put pop-up ads and you want me to pay monthly subscriptions to things that I had that were free before. My camera I have reached out numerous times and all I get is double talk and basically what it comes down to is that I’m told if I want to have access to everything that my camera is capable of and was doing before I now have to pay for it if I don’t pay for it, then you get less capabilities with the camera. I think that’s a terrible way to do business like I said it’s my camera my camera I paid for it. It should work. I shouldn’t have to then pay more money to get it to do the things that all security cameras should do.
