They wanted me to click photo with documents and don’t let me click the photo saying multiple face detected.

Looks like good developer dont work in Esewa. I tried to book hospital appointment for my mother and it doesnt work. What a stupid app wasted my 2 hour of time.

Poor service

Why this forgot button exists if we need to call customer service and we need to transfer money in emergency case and we can’t use this nonsense app and it take time to pick up the call that is done by us and we need to call more than 2-3 times that i am not getting any temporary password. Khalti is far better then this app.

Worst service verification process is too long I don’t suggest to use this application 👎👎👎👎👎

I am unable to login to my esewa id from US, and I can’t contact those stupid support from here, I can’t pay the electric bills, every household has someone living abroad and their old parents at home, me being unable to pay the electric bill, either my parents has to go to the electric office or has someone to pay their electric bills. When these so called it technician will improvise their connectivity among the peoples
