I bought this lock thinking I would be able to share account access with with my wife but no such luck! The app looses Bluetooth connection randomly and I can’t seem to share account access with my wife!

The only thing missing here is a way to check your locks battery life. Logging in So far hasn't been a issue.

30 minutes just to put username and password because they highlight it. Try to connect — says make blue light flash. White light flashes. This thing is joke and no support I bet either!

Something is wrong. Amazon gives this high marks yet look at the rating of the app.

The app ruins this fabulous lock! Get it together and fix the bugs. I did the latest update and it’s still crashing or losing Bluetooth connection. Yes even when my phone is 6 inches away from the lock!

Tried to set up a password but it’s not set and it gives an error. I tried different number different letters capital small symbols. I tried 20 character five character 11 1213 one none of them is working.

Once I used the app to add my fingerprints, the lock works great. The app however is terribly confusing and really is of no use after adding fingerprints

App needs a lot of work.

Connected app to lock via Bluetooth, within seconds app loses Bluetooth connection to lock. Have to reconnect app to lock then you can use iPhone to open lock via Bluetooth, seconds later loses connection again, phone is less than 2 feet away from lock. This renders Bluetooth function useless!
