Use ths to book pitches all time. Played at different places and process is fast and simple. Pitches are with big lights like at stadium and quality of astro grass is very good

We have had a very bad experience with ESM play. We were previously using a different app for court bookings, however decided to try this out as it had different schools available. First booking we made, a day before booking we were told there was an error in system and that court was no longer available and we had to go to a different school instead. Now today, we had a booking, yet when we reach, the court was occupied for an event. We were given no prior notice regarding this. We tried calling them for support multiple times and no one picked up. This has not only wasted our money but also our time. Absolutely pathetic support.
