Told me they will bring boosters when joining turns out engineer said they lie all the time to get the deal done. Engineer said he can’t guarantee coverage my house is 3 floors and apparently installing the hub on middle floor won’t make a difference

But loose connection when watching cameras sometimes still good though

Are you able to add cameras to the system if you only have 4 ports

I cannot get this app to connect to my cameras, I e followed the set up and it’s showing in my available wifi connections but I don’t think it’s connected to my home network signal on the wifi to the individual cameras says connected then dis connects any help appreciated

Nice piece of kit. Swapped out old Kguard DVR with an ESP. And wow what a difference Kguard ceased their remote access and now we have it back. Also started swapping out the cameras for various ESP ones as customers had lost night vision. Now have orders for another 3 replacement changeout units, and a brand new install. Not grate can’t get them to pick up vehicle and people movements. Have been trying this 2 months to get the company to have a look and see what is wrong but there working hours is 8-4 where mine is 7-7 not good

Device keeps reverting to “device play backing “ on iPhone. Very frustrating.

For some reason all 3 cameras have gone off line, tried everything but no joy

Very slow to load and quite often won’t load cameras at all

Camera on television o k but doesn’t work on my phone. Also nickname a joke
