I have cancelled my order made in May. Its now August and whilst they kept me updated, it wasn't coming any time soon. I just hope the refund won't take long. Edit: I have seen from a previous review that I need to look at companies house, i can now see that 29/31 officers have resigned. The company went into liquidation . Idk if it's still a part of Screwfix but I am going to look there next. I don't expect any refund. Thankfully it was only for a switch for a Dyson air multiplier.

This app asks for your model number ect and then shows you items that are totally irrelevant to your appliance,so why bother asking for model number ect. Also states that certain items are compatible with your appliance and when checking voltage ect they are way off ball,probably cause more damage than good fitting their suggested items. Says press here to watch video,press wait,wait,wait,wait,you get the idea-nothing happens whatever. Total useless app with total useless advice. I’d get more useful information from a dictionary than this app and I’d give it zero stars if possible

Have been using eSpares for years now and have no complaints with their service or this App. It’s a handy resource to have, keep up the great work.

Little functionality over the website - However as the Company group went into admin and was acquired by Screwfix / B&Q ( Kingfisher) in March 2023 - hopefully improvements will now be made to be as good as the excellent Screwfix app and their general service levels

Avoid parting with any money to this company. Ordered 3 cooker connector all shown as in stock. Paid for next day delivery and only 1 arrived. No phone number available only email and takes days to answer.

In addition, this companies accounts have not been filled ( check companies house ) and 29 of its 31 directors have resigned. App Store are you checking this out? I ordered 3 weeks ago. Product did not arrive. There is no customer services number to call. The virtual assistant does not work. The refund instructions do not work. I have emailed and submitted the company forms 5 times and no reply. App Store should remove this app immediately. Am reporting to trading standards.

This is no better than the website. There is little functionality (as in most link buttons don’t actually work) and whenever I try to view my order (one of a few links that semi works) it automatically logs out. Same on the website, bizarrely. Pointless.

This is my own experience over two days. Item ordered failed to arrive and it was impossible to communicate by phone or chat. Only by email and waiting two days for a response.

Pointless app. It replicates the main site and takes you there. You may as well use the main site as this is not offering anything different. It has it’s share of bugs to. Prices for some of the parts are more expensive.
