i can’t never see shifts that my coworkers post, neither swap shifts with anyone. i tried telling management but it never gets fixed.

Suddenly it started to have technical issues. I can’t submit day off request by error that never happened, can’t see time card because of an error, and can’t see today’s “task details” page.

I keep trying to change my base availability from the 12 am to 12 am default. No matter what I put in- it will tell me it is overlapping with my base availability and won’t let me submit it.

seems with the recent update i am unable to post a shift for someone else to take. help! i tried to find support for the app but it is not a user friendly site.

I can’t see my time card anymore, has been saying error.

Worst app ever, if you have a override it won’t let you check your time card. You can be in the store, connected to the store WiFi and it will still say “Not at store” and won’t let you clock in or clock out.

Fix this garbage app it’s ridiculous.
