Apps works well. Simple and effective but it turns iPhone brightness to almost max when you open the app. It then leaves the phone stuck on this despite closing the app or switching away. Have a word with Starbucks they’ve managed to sort theirs. Please fix this to make it perfect.

I use the single tickets and every time I need one I have to go through the full checkout process as there are no bundles available like other ticket types. It’s quicker to use the machine at the stop.

No map, no option to display your four day pass, no times/live arrival info…. Pretty useless - not even a map!

Do children not exist in Edinburgh?

I love this app but it constantly tries to kill my battery. When you open a ticket to show the conductor it maxes the brightness on iPhones. Fair enough, other ticket apps do that too. But, this app doesn’t put the brightness back down to normal again like other apps do. So, unless I remember to do it myself manually my battery doesn’t last the day. Please fix it, it is possible.

This app is crap. I bought a bundle of 3 adult tickets for 3 of us travelling together but you can only activate 1 at time. Oh and it’s not possible to buy a child’s ticket on the app, because children don’t exist according to this app.

Bumped the screenshot button getting on a busy tram and it logged me out and refused to work again. Tell your developers to mark the ticket code as a secure element excluded from screenshots and stop inconveniencing users instead
