Ethereum Wallet by Freewallet

So many bugs, and I cant open it now.

Every time I try to open the real time tracker it just gives me a gray screen. Why idk

Lost my coin due to their poorly written software. It logged me out for no reason and then customer service just had a bunch of smart aleck responses about it, telling me to educate myself on blockchain and to sleep tight!!!!!! Are you for real? Avoid!!!!!!!!!

What a disgraceful business this is. I went to login to my account and they require a password, verification code and a pin. I wasn’t sure on the pin so I decided to contact customer service. It has now been one WEEK for them to take care of it. I sent all the information and things just don’t get done. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company. Disorganized, they don’t answer to emails and their process is as slow as company can possibly be!!

I sent funds into freewallet after it was recommended to me by a fool. Unbeknownst to me the have my email provider blocked so I could not verify my email. I have no been in back and forth communication jumping through more hoops than it takes to joint the US Military and I still do not have access to my ETH. They have asked me to submit all sorts of photos and ignore anything you ask them. Use Cake Wallet or something else FreeWallet is a SCAMMMM

I sent my balance to Ethereum wallet and the money simply disappeared. I’ve been in touch with customer service and they said there’s an update that needs to get done first. I asked what update and they said a standard update that is done. Since then every question that I ask I get the same answer which is we will let you know when we have news. It’s been a week now. My sender said the transaction was successful. I literally waisted time, money and effort into this app. Ticket number 461509

Currently, I’m using only this wallet. To my mind, there’s no reason to have more than one app for one cryptocurrency.
