I had multiple fraudulent transactions happening since past one month on my FASTag. I couldn’t contact customer support neither on call nor on chat. My email is was asked on app but no email received. Unexpected poor service from icici.

Why to charge convenience fees Others are not charging it . Not at all user friendly

I have problem in accessing my Farah account through the app Even after entering correct id and mobile no it displays as invalid credential After multiple attempts I was able to proceed to next step of verification of OTP sent to MOBILE no Inspite of copying and pasting same OPT it displays as unauthorised Have to try no of times to access the account Something needs to be done to rectify

Not at all user friendly So many issues

My customer id is alphanumeric but there is no option to enter the alphabets. Can’t login to the app so it’s currently useless for me. Kindly fix it on an urgent basis.

getting a lot of bugs, couldn’t able even open the app, due to buffering even in 5g signal.

I called a lot of tym but didn’t respond till now I wanted to close my fastag account but there is no response and The service is not good !! Don’t buy icici fastag just bcoz it service is not good and way of talking is also not good

Hi , though i have given valid login credentials , With proper OTP app is the throwing authentication failed error and i tried another approach by using forgot id but still faced the same error ‘Authentication failed” …. Surprisingly i have used this one month back for toll service and i given multiple attempts approaching customer service they are not even responding…very much disappointed with the service I’m mid of the toll and I’m unable to load balance worst service

Problem in I phone mobile long time

I haven’t been able to use the app at all. It is just stuck at the loading page which says please wait. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it has made no difference. I have tried on different iPhones too and it still doesn’t work!
