I’m so !!!! Sick of this!! This is the SECOND time I’ve purchased a file on Etsy- only to be unable to access it!! The email Etsy sends with the link to log in again in order to download the purchased file does NOT WORK! Does that sound stupid and convoluted??? Yes because it is!! There is no way to access my purchase that I’ve BOUGHT through the app and the purchase isn’t emailed directly! Instead there is this ridiculous waste of time system where some dumb link is emailed and then I have to log in via browser- despite having a perfectly good app- and the link NEVER works!! SORT IT OUT.

Fed up with building up a collection of things I'm looking to buy only for the entire collection to vanish. Favourited shops vanish from my Favourites list but are still open when I go looking. FAQs and online help are orientated to sellers, and the whole existence of buyers seems to something Etsy can't be bothered with. Search engine badly needs updating to make it easier to find what you want not 1000 items you don't. If they didn't have a monopoly I'd delete the app on seconds.

The cart in etsy actually is the most annoying thing about it. It takes ages to remove an item, and you can’t bulk delete items from your cart. I want to empty it entirely, why can’t I? Please add this feature in the app. I wrote this ages ago and no one seems to care about how annoying this is. I want to bulk delete from the basket. It’s a simple feature. It takes 5-6 seconds for me to delete one thing. How is this so slow?

These are really great. Who wants instrument marketing. Having your boat name makes it unique and they fit very well. The store is very good to deal with and very responsive. I would highly recommend

Hard to login Never been on a web site where i could not "add to order". If it was there it was unseen to me. Nick name name already taken a number of times why not suggest one for me.

I I have been buying pdf patterns from Etsy and loving them. Easy to download and understand. Will be back for more. Thank you Designers.

New update is a buggy mess better off using the website even though that aggressively tells you to use the app
