cannot get to register as it prompt please select gender. in fact gender already selected.

Unable to register it always pop out error messages to select gender ! Already select !

Hi, I have received my order few days ago. However, the status in the app still under “To Ship”.

Not able to checkout due to invalid email, wanted to update the correct email but system has no such service. Tried log in website to change also not succesful.

Cannot change the contact number at the address, has been tried for many days also can’t change. Place order also cannot, key in every details, the payment still loading after 1 hour. EYS really wanna do business or not?

Counter told me to click Profile tab to redeem my points. But never worked! It had been a year! Wasted all my points and cheated

I already complete fill in all the details then click register. It prompt out ‘please fill in gender’. 😮‍💨 Please rechecking again.

Very bad app with error of the systems, putting me in the risk of missing the promo and stock. Stupid systems still attached the one time discount coupon with the unsuccessful old order, preventing me to apply the one time discount coupon to my newly recreated order. The old order is nowhere to be found in the systems after a unsuccessful payment process so I was unable to reprocess the payment but to recreate a new order. Very frustrating…I have yet to use the one time discount. How can the systems not allow me to use or apply the discount coupon? No Technical support available at night and need to wait until tomorrow morning, putting me at the risk of miss out the 143 anniversary promo discount and stock availability. Stupid, frustrating, disappointing and bad systems. 😡
