When I first started using the app it was seamless and yet somehow since the beginning of the year every time I use it the app crashes or fails to load or sync or I’m always logged out of my account. Once reliable how terrible

There's no information on how to sync it to apple health.

The app and the scale are both good. My only concern is the weight doesn’t have (kg) kilogram option on the app.

The app is simple and straightforward to use. However, I notice that it randomly changes the data on some of the users I’ve saved. For example, the height will randomly change to 4” for almost all profiles and the only indication we have is after the weigh-in, when the app says that we exceed the normal ranges for the BMI. I hope you immediately fix this! It’s bothersome to edit all profiles, delete the incorrect results and weigh-in again :(

App and hardware works perfectly! Haven’t had problems so far. I hope this will continue.

I have a brand new smart scale. Just the mere connecting the scale through the app didn’t work for me. I have the latest ios, bluetooth is on, battery brand new and followed all of the instructions yet the app still cannot connect and find the scale. I know I am not doing it wrong since the instruction is very simple. The product is just disfunctional!! This is so frustrating! Why would you even sell disfunctional items!!

The original T9140 Smart scale used to be able to queue up 100 measurements with the older app and let you sync via Bluetooth once in a while (like once a week). Now the app requires to be on next to the scale while you are weighing yourself and the appl only records that current measurement.

If I have to have a login, there should be access via the web. App mocks me with a fat cartoon person, so I probably will not use it. Why not give me wrinkles and gray hair, since you require my age?
