Tried to contact you one day before your last auction, your web site does not provide a phone number, the only way is to complete online form with all details including what question you want answered, I left my message, I wanted more information on pre decimal coins and do you have an in house grader and do you provide adverse description ie coin cancer or whether the coins have been cleaned. All other major auction houses do and looking at some of the pennies and half pennies I would say not, the price ranges were very high for the quality. The resolution quality was also lacking as zooming in got very fuzzy. A much higher pixel camera would be a must. My query related to raw coins only. Bottom line I did not bid as nobody has responded to my online request, if this review prompts you to further investigate please look through correspondence the day prior to your last auction.
