My J20 (flagship $2500 robot) constantly disconnects from WiFi and loses all of it’s settings. Every single day I have to reconnect it and reapply all of my settings. Eureka suggestion is to lodge feedback but cannot answer my questions as to when this will be fixed. DO NOT BUY.

Don’t have options how to clean when setting schedule e.g., cannot do setting vacuum on week days and mopping on weekends. Therefore if you want to set vacuum and mopping then you may need to do whole week then could be too much for mopping.

Just received this week after purchasing it during the Prime sales. Went the mid- low range as it’s the first time purchasing a robotic vacuum and wasn’t sure what to expect. All I can say is that I’m glad that I made the purchase. Firstly it helps reduce the time spent on needing to vacuum the house and secondly we did 3 runs today and it just picks up all of the dust and dog hair. We will just run it twice a day in the meantime on a set and forget attitude. I’m sure that we drop down to once a day. You still need to use a standard vacuum for the places it may miss but that maybe once a month to be honest. A great buy and in the future I won’t hesitate in buying again nor a more spec’d up version/model

Vacuum is clunky with virtual walls. Goes into area then stops and requests user to move it. Then it loses its location and resets map. Then when you try to restore saved map it removes virtual walls when restored - this is extremely frustrating to constantly redraw virtual walls. Please fix. Vacuum is otherwise great. Happy to revise review if this material issue can be fixed.

Does the job well, house carpet and hard floors have never been cleaner. The only addition should be a warning when out of water.

Comprehensive app that performed above expectations. A logical and straight forward app and cleaner. Impressive. It was a treat to watch it map and vacuum my home. It was just so simple. Love it. Thank you.
