Good to have you around Royston. The app works, just need a few details ironed out: -the tracker for the arriving cab is a bit behind (the timer itself isn’t) -payment via card has been smooth -appreciate the added text alerts to indicate arrival -easy interface when booking

So apple Pay is latest issue in app. Not working. Everytime a payment fails makes you wait 5 mins before you can try again. Great when in a hurry.

As much use as a chocolate fireguard.

I booked a cab days in advance only for it to be cancelled 2 hours before it was due.....don't bother with this app

Some driver don’t speak the language and don’t know where they are going .

This is a great addition to my local taxi service BUT - the txt messages are too long so one txt becomes two - not required. More annoyingly - the GPS function just doesn’t work - so it always thinks I am in a different town and I have to manually add the address. This is enormously frustrating - as I want to give the app to my kids - but I can’t trust it. Please sort this ASAP.

Whilst the app is effective enough to get me from A to B, there are some issues which if addressed would increase my confidence in it. - the tracking option is slow to update and gives a delayed or unclear indication of where your driver is - even though I’m using the app, after my booking is complete, I always receive a text suggesting me that I download it, it might be more useful to the cab firm to ask for my feedback on the trip. - Some addresses don’t load in the location fields. The app doesn’t allow you to manually enter an address. Only a postcode - you have to use the notes to give full details to the driver. I’m all for these kinds of apps as they help to make life easier. If a few of the issues could be ironed out this will be all the more effective option in an area where Uber has little to no presence.

Highly recommend, also prompt & on time. Nice friendly drivers.
