Eurocard

Prepared a communication regarding an issue at had. After a few minutes the app stopped working and requested that I log in again I logged in and tried to complete my communication but it showed a rotating circle and I was unable to complete the task Not a user friendly app.

I am sure it is a good app, but I cannot use it. I make use of special characters in the password, and cannot log in (through a MFA process). Support confirmed the issue, but said they had no plans to fix it. Gave me the «advice» to change password in stead. No deal 👎 I have experienced similar issues with a few other apps as well, but they stepped on the gas to fix it.

Ikke mulig snakke med noen . Ringt i flere ganger.

... jeg har krysset av for å huske meg og bruke ansiktsgjenkjenning. Men likevel må jeg til meg BankID cirka annen hver gang. Appen fungerer ellers greit, men det der er større irritasjonspunkt.

I can not log in with my bankıd to eurocard app. Nobody answer customer service line.

Får beskjed om oppdatering av app. Trykker på knapp som sender meg til Appstore hvor det kun er mulig å åpne app med samme melding om oppdatering. Hvordan komme ut av denne runddansen?

App says I need to download updated version. Follow the link to App Store, where I’m not given the option to update. I’m just given the option to open/launch the app, where the same message to download updated version greets me. Stuck in that loop, no closer to getting in.

Veldig fornøyd med App. God oppdateringer.

Svært dårlig respons på henvendelser. Har sendt spørsmål 19.07 uten svar trass purringer

Det er vanskelig å få oversikt over totalt utestående beløp i appen.
