Evans Card

It’s a good app, clear and easy to pay but you can never access the points to exchange as a vouchers for Evans… one of the main reasons I choose the card company and if you try and find help about that, there’s nothing in the FAQs or anywhere you can send an email/ message.

I’m grateful in having my card in time of need, very happy with the services Thank and have a wonderful Christmas

Worst card I have ever had . High interest and treated as though I am a bad risk even though I have never missed a payment.

Useless customer service can’t get through on phone, it cuts out and then says 45min wait. NEVER USE THEM EVER Finally got through and spoke to a helpful lady, closed account will never have another, Phone system was not just busy it kept cutting off when trying to make payments, needs sorting out!!! Anyway finally rid of Evans and New Day

Just love this app it's so easy and quick to use.

No set day for statements to arrive, and just had about 4 months where the payment methods were removed and couldn’t be stored so you couldn’t make payments on the go. Now I can’t even access any statements on the app! The app is terrible and has issues most of the time!

Trying to get into account was a nightmare Passcode didn’t work a lot of messing took my half an hour to get in shouldn’t be that hard

The app is ok but can’t buy anything on the card as they want you to use other payment So the card is a waste of time
